Positive Displacement Pumps Are Pressure Independent

This is just one of the many factors one should consider when trying to choose the type of pump to use. Others include temperatures, viscosity of any fluid being handled, the nature of the fluid being handled, and whether or not a suction lift will be required. PD units are superior to centrifugal ones in many cases based on these factors.
One way to be certain is to look at a graphic representation of each type of device under the relevant conditions. Putting the two together onto a single graph allows one to make a direct, head-to-head comparison. Analysis of the function of each device under certain conditions will definitely reveal which is going to function most efficiently in the required application.
It may also be helpful to develop a certain amount of knowledge concerning how positive displacement pumps and centrifugal units work. Knowing how these units function will help in making the choice of which type to purchase and implement. Centrifugal units tend to operate at high speeds that make changes in temperature, viscosity, and pressure have more impact on the function of the device than is seen in the function of a positive displacement pump.

So the title sounds a little dramatic, but this is no joke! I bought a BlackBerry Curve 9380 unlock code from Cellfservices a month ago and it was probably the best 20 bucks I spent! After I bought the unlock code, I entered it into my phone and I could see that it was unlocked because I tested a friend’s Rogers SIM card in the phone. The magic came in when I was travelling overseas. I ended up following their instructions and went into a local wireless carrier store there and requested to get a SIM card with a prepaid plan. I got a prepaid plan which cost me $30 which gave me just over 300 minutes. I used every single minute of that and I felt comfortable doing so knowing that I could only spend $30.
